Customer Service can quote freight charges during sales order entry
Freight charges are calculated automatically during sales order entry. Customer Service will no longer need to look up rates from a freight carrier’s system, website or rate chart to quote freight charges. Manual entry of freight charges is also eliminated during the shipping or invoicing process.
Eliminate down time
All freight rates are stored within your QAD database eliminating any down time due to Federal Express/UPS system outages. Your sales order entry and shipping processes will not go down if your internet connection or your in house FedEx / UPS system fails.
